Return and Cancellation Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns because of the specific nature of products we offer. In addition, there are no guaranties that storage conditions are maintained during the product shipment, therefore the product cannot be returned even if the package remained unopened.
Please note that you can cancel your order ONLY within 24 hours after its submission. To do this, please contact our customer support by phone or e-mail and let them know your decision. You will be asked to tell your order No. and the reason of cancellation. After 24 hours from order submission, NO cancellation of order will be accepted.
When filling the order form, please make sure you enter a valid shipping address there, and re-check it prior to submitting the order. If you provide us an invalid shipping address, it can cause non-delivery of ordered product. In case if you noticed a mistake in provided shipping address after order submission, please contact our support team as soon as possible and let them know the matter.


Refund Policy

Our main objective is our customers’ satisfaction with products and services we provide. We can guarantee that the chemical composition, quality and medical effect of generic medications we offer are equivalent to their brand-name analogues. If the medical effect of our medications does not satisfy you, please let us know about your problem. Our support team will contact you back and discuss the problem. If your items were broken by postal service, we take the loss on our side and reship your order. Note: you have to send screenshot in 24hours after you receive order!
If the product is still not delivered after the deadline date (the time of delivery by International Unregistered Mail varies from 7 to 17 days, but there is a possibility of up to 5 days delay in some cases), we guarantee a free of cost replacement or a refund. Please double check the delivery deadline and contact our customer support explaining your issue. They will clarify the issue with postal services, and in case if the issue cannot be resolved, they will send you a free replacement or reimburse your payment in full, at your option. Usually, it takes 5-7 business days to process the refund; the refund time depends on the transaction processing time of your bank.

Note: If you dispute a charge (charge-back) without previously contacting the dealer, it is considered as a credit card fraud. Your credit card details and holder information (name, address, e-mail, IP address) will be put on the black-list and reported to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division) and FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division). Therefore, it is strongly recommended for you to contact our customer support service first in case of any issue you experiencing.



   The company is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for any shipment delay not exceeding 10 business days after the estimated date of delivery.
  The company is not liable for any delivery issues or failed delivery caused by invalid or wrong shipping address specified by Customer while submitting the order.
  The company is not liable for failed delivery caused by the fact that Customer did not claim the package, refused the package or howsoever prevented a successful delivery. Re-delivery in this case can be made by International Regular Mail only.
  The company is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for shipment of any medications that are not consistent with Customer’s expectations or requirements by color, shape or size of the tablet, tablet marking, brand-name, different manufacturer than expected.
  All information shown on the website with relation to any product (i.e., but not limited to thumbnails, product image, manufacturer names, etc.) is given for information purpose only.
  The company is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for inappropriate medical effect of purchased medications in case of off-label use.
  By making an order to the company, you affirm that this disclaimer has been read, understood and agreed by you. Any attempt to claim back the payment for any abovementioned reasons will be judged as fraud and may cause legal claim and ban from company’s system.Prices are subjected to change according to the International currency rates and changes in cost prices without any further notice.
